Listing data is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that prices, availability, or any other property details are accurate, complete, or current. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Do not rely solely on this data for financial or legal decisions. Always verify information directly with the relevant listing portal or a qualified professional.
Creating an account is optional. If you sign in with Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account. We are not liable for any loss caused by unauthorised access to your account.

The Service's design, source code, and original content are owned by vietu.lt. Listing data originates from third-party portals and remains subject to their respective terms. Nothing in these terms grants you any licence to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service normally.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, vietu.lt and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including losses resulting from reliance on property price data.
The Service links to external real estate portals. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content or practices of those sites.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.
