How often is the data updated?
Every source site is re-scraped multiple times a day, so new listings and price changes typically show up within hours.
Which cities are covered?
Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Palanga and Nida today, for apartments, houses and land - more cities are added as data quality allows.
Is the price data official?
No - it's aggregated from public listings on real estate portals, not from the Land Registry or a bank valuation. Use it to compare, not as a certified valuation.
How do I cancel Plius?
